Cidre Dupont Reserve is aged six months in oak casks which were used to hold Calvados. This aging gives subtlety and excellent complexity. Organic cider.
Double fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Then, the cider is transferred to 68 hectoliter casks that have contained Calvados, where it will slowly mature for six months. Total control of natural effervescence through a passage in closed vats before bottling. Unpasteurized cider.
Density (O.G.): 1060 after pressing, equivalent to 127g of sugar per litre. 1020 when bottled, which gives 7.5% alcohol.
Eye: Golden color with orange highlights. Fine bubbles.
Nose: Indulgent, with aromas of roasted apples underscored by notes of vanilla and caramel, a touch of citrus and sweet spices.
Palate: Round and complex. Beautiful aromatic range: caramelized apples, vanilla, cooked prune, citrus notes, a perfect balance between sweetness, acidity, fruitiness and tannins. Aging in Calvados barrels brings lovely depth to the tasting, enhanced by the smooth, mellow tannins of the Calvados.
No sugar added. No gluten. Calories per glass: 85 Cal. (12.5 cl glass)
Store bottles upright. Can be kept for 4 to 5 years under good conditions. As this cider is produced without microfiltration or pasteurization, sediment may appear at the bottom of the bottle due to tannin precipitation.
Serve between 8 and 12 °C (46–54 °F). A gastronomic cider: pairs well with poultry and white meat, fish in cream sauce, strong cheeses, apple desserts, or, more traditionally, with sweet or savory crêpes.

This natural sparkling wine was born from the idea of ??combining two fruits from the Rosaceae family: the quince, fruit from forgotten orchards, and the apple, traditional fruit from the Pays d'Auge. This original co-fermentation reveals a delicious quaffable cider, with unexpected aromas of blood orange peel mixed with the freshness of the apple.
