You will discover the orchards, see how Ciders and Calvados are made, visit the aging cellars. You will taste our products with a hot meal prepared by chef Olivier Briand: a dish (choice: tripe à la mode de Caen, Vallée d'Auge chicken or monkfish) with drink and dessert.

Learn how Ciders and Calvados are made...

You will discover the orchards of the estate, see how Ciders are made, how Calvados are distilled, visit our aging cellars... You will also taste our products, a selection of Ciders and Calvados with a delicious hot dish.

Dates:
Monday through Saturday in July and August.
Tuesday through Friday in May, June & September.
Begins at 11.00 am, ends at 1.30 pm.
Location: Domaine DUPONT La Vigannerie – 14430 Victot-Pontfol - France

Tariffs: 42.50 € per person
- Hot Dish option  = a dish (choice: tripe à la mode de Caen, Vallée d'Auge chicken, fish or vegetarian dish) with one glass of cider or apple juice, and dessert.
The hot dish is prepared by chef Olivier Briand from Le Gibus restaurant in Caen.

Reservation and payment must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Note: Domaine Dupont reserves the rights to cancel a workshop or visit on a given date without notice, especially in case of force majeure. The sums paid would then be refunded.
