Techniques used

The apples are simply mixed, crushed and pressed, slowly and delicately so that the juice retains all the flavour and goodness of the apple. The juice is then clarified and pasteurised. No sugar is added.

Tasting notes

Eyes: Yellow gold reflection, slightly hazy.
Nose: Aromas of baked apple, supported by notes of honey.
Mouth: Fresh and elegant, pure and clean expression, stewed apple pulp. Leaves a pleasant sensation in the mouth. Thirst quenching.

Suggestions

Storage: Unopened, the bottle can be kept for up to 2 years at room temperature. Once open, keep cold and drink whithin a few days.
